与会者认为，煤炭行业不是夕阳产业，应积极顺应能源革命的要求，坚持煤炭的清洁高效利用。煤炭行业企业将继续提高先进产能比重，推进能源结构优化和产业转型升级，实施方式转型和结构调整，推动煤炭行业从价值链低端向高端延伸。
